Evilion Rhodian Vacation House has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms . One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has twin beds. Also, there’s a double sofa bed in the living room. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation. There’s a seating area and a comfy living room where you can sit and relax. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one one with a bathtub. Guests will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and a smart TV.

Check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Location & Nearby Attractions
Guests will find the nearest beach in a walking distance of 2 minutes. Gennadi village is a peaceful place and surely, you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach of the island, which is only a 40-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 25-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour drive away.
